Product Warranty.
All our watches come with a One Year Warranty from Sheen Gallery Pte Ltd,unless otherwise stated.
Warranty covers only for normal  condition of wear and tear.

Shipping
All buyers are responsible for any custom duties and taxes of their respective country, and also shipping and insurance charges.
Registered Post: US$15 …………….…below 500 gms-7 to 10 days
FedEx and Speed post: US$50…….below 500 gems -4-5 days.
Insurance: 2 % of Insured Value

Insurance
All insured items that are lost will be subjected to conclusions done by the insurance and shipping companies before payments are made. This may take more than 30 days to conclude.

Return Policy
For Oversea Customers, we offer a (3) days return option Inspection/Return privilege on all our watches and Jewelry, on condition that the product is received in a defective state or  if the wrong product is delivered. Goods that have been tampered with are not refundable. Freight/Insurance charges for the returns have to be paid by the customer.
